WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION

Carbone Restaurant Group Inc. sells product through dine-in, pickup and online order systems, and in order to provide you with our product and with some of these services we collect personal information including, but not limited to, your name, email address and phone number. Payment information may be collected for the sole purpose of processing your order and receiving payment of the same. Our online ordering systems and mobile application may also offer the option for you to save your payment information under your account for fast check-out and future ordering.
Neither Carbone Restaurant Group Inc., its employees or third party partners are able to access this information.
METHODS OF COLLECTION
Carbone Restaurants Group Inc. collects personal information which you provide to it voluntarily in cases of phone orders, online orders, mobile application orders, and/or contests/giveaways through any company-run social media platforms.
Carbone Restaurants Group Inc. may obtain your personal information from third parties, such as our franchisees, or our marketing partners in order to improve your experience at one of our Carbone Coal Fired Pizza or FAST FIRED by Carbone locations.

Carbone Restaurant Group Inc. uses the personal information you provide for the purposes for which it was provided, for example to process a pickup order, to respond to queries or complaints, to send you promotional information for which you signed up, to notify you that you have won a prize, contest or sweepstakes. Carbone Restaurant Group Inc. uses your Personal Information to better understand your needs, to improve our products and services, to develop processes within our restaurants and, of course, improve customer satisfaction.
